The important thing (for anyone) is to follow the directions implicitly!!! Check under the picture of the box at the link for "Part I" and "Part II"

There is Uva Ursi in the Part 2 (what you take at bedtime) capsules. Lots of other good stuff in the Part 1 capsules.

My morning urine is DARK now. Very dark

In the very beginning of the protocol I was peeing some foam. I think it was Trapper that said something about that being protein which can bind to mercury (which is something I want to get rid of).

The company also has a "heavy metal" detox program, but I want to finish the kidney cleanse first. Well, actually, I called the doctor and left a message about the heavy metal detox program, but keep forgetting to call back to see what his answer was. Sometimes I think that's just God's way of letting me know the time ain't right (for ME yet anyway) - no matter what the doctor says to do!
