I wanted to add something.

The first P&B shake I drank pulled out so many toxins that I thought I had the flu. I didn't drink my second until 3 days later. Frankly, I was tired and not feeling great for nearly 2 weeks as I drank one a day. Now I'm more de-toxed and feeling great (except for my candida, which I can't seem to shake) and I'm doing 3/day as of today. It really, really seems to help get the parasites out quicker.

Just wanted to warn you about my experience/side effects. That 'brain fog' people talk about that they get from too many toxins is real. I thought it was crazy, until I experienced it...
