2 tsp of baking soda to 1 medium size bag of water.....the baking soda will help your acidy system....that is why people drink it for heartburn.....critters and candida hate it....I have pork tapeworms in my head area that cause the slithering sensation on my scalp---even have felt them get behind my eyes which to me is too horrific to bear....shoulda listened to grandma about not eating raw hotdogs as a kid lol.
