Take the concoction about three or four times daily and by the end of the second day you should start to feel better.I have gotten rid of horrible sinus infections in three days whereas the Dr's Antibiotics take three weeks at least and leave all kinds of side effects.

Also,a very soothing tea for the cough is:Boil for a few minutes the following:two inches of ginger grated,some orange peels and some cinnamon.Strain and add a little honey.
