I definitely have. Prior to pulling, whenever I drank anything acidic, like lemonade, my teeth hurt really badly, especially when I went to bed. Champagne really killed them.

Now, nothing, nada, zilch.

In fact, something happened the other night. I usually only pull in the morning before I do anything else. But that night, my front tooth hurt. I have no idea why. So I decided to pull for 20 minutes at 10:30 pm.

The pain totally vanished....but darn it if I didn't have a hard time going to sleep. The pull really woke me up!
