I am thinking about adding the P&B shakes but I am not sure I can stomach it. I hear it is pretty nasty stuff to get down. If you say that you did not see anything spectacular by adding the Sweep I probably will not bother with it. I will continue with the Para Rid and maybe add the P&B.
