10 drops of any essential oil at once is ALOT.  There have been days when i probably consumed that and more, but spread out over the entire day.  I use to take 4 drops in oil twice a day, plus what's in MHs products and 1 drop in each gallon of distilled water.

I like liquid cayenne and a pinch of see salt in my green juices ... try ginger and onion also.  One apple sweetens it up, or at least takes out the bitterness.

Today, I purschased a magic bullet ... throwing away all that fiber didn't appeal to me.  So i'm going from juices to smoothies unless i'm fasting.
