If you are concerned about returning to anorexia, then why are you asking questions about losing weight in the Water Fasting Forum? Fasting is the last thing you need to be doing now. You need to learn how to eat correctly to maintain a healthy weight without starving yourself or binging and purging.

Is your therapist aware of what you are considering?
