Hi Molly

My stock of castor oil is depleted and they only sell it in one shop around here so I will try the carrots this evening first. Got the details from a post on this forum some time ago about the carrots but hadn't done it yet. It's so good to hear your friend feels such a difference. I have been doing the oil pulling only, hoping it would start to help my aching bones as I have had so many other improvements but I think I need to add other things now. The carrots and castor oil are again easily affordable remedies which I now cannot wait to try.

I'll certainly let you know how I get on.
