Hello, if anyone can help please offer some advice:

I have been trying EFT for stuttering, with no success yet. I read the entire EFT guide and have tried a whole bunch of reminder phrases such as "fear of stuttering", "fear of blocking", "fear of public speaking", "fear of what others think of my stuttering", "fear of social settings", "low confidence", and the list goes on.

My stuttering started when I was 3 years old, and I am 21 now, so there is no way I will remember exactly what caused it to start. What could I do in this case?
