That's the mindset of the moralists and the psychotics and those of vested interests...

Under the guise that we all need to be protected from our own madness. They will use such tactics to keep everything very well controlled... so the exploitation of the masses can progress... not the health and well being of mankind... but the exploitation will keep moving forward... biosafe is just one of these people, imo.
