btw I had to tune it down... that mms was doing a number on my stomach. But as a side note... alot of cravings that I used to have are going away. Which is great... things like coffee, pizza, and donuts. I used to get cravings that would allow me to eat tons of them if permitted. I read somewhere that candida creates mycotoxins that react somehow in the brain, and generates the cravings for the foods above. So if those cravings are going away, I can only assume that the candida is also going away.

Now I am doing a number of different things to help my condition, however I think that the mms is definitly taking a bite out of this candida... which is so awesome.
