Andreas is good. A freind of mine just had a phone consultation with him and she said it went very very well. The consults are quite expensive though, too much for me at the moment.

CS internally and CS topically are very different things. For some strange reason you rarely hear of topical usage of it, but I believe it can be very powerful, and in some cases even more affective than internal usage. Also there is the problem that internal usage could interfere with intestinal flora, which is what I believe happened with me.
