hmm maybe I should switch to sunflower oil then?

I'm using Seaseme Oil. Eh..haven't noticed anything either way, doesn't feel better or worse after pulling/swishing. The oil isn't even really reaching it because of the spot it's in. I have to press on my cheek to make the oil go to it. It's on top, behind my upper wisdom tooth in that crease or pocket where the skin and gum meet. I can tilt my head back and swish but then oil starts dripping down my throat.

Hurts like hell. My whole cheek is swollen and part of my neck, I can't open my mouth all the way, I can't chew, can suck things down with a straw but barely swallow. lol.
