pb wasnt disagreeing with you. its true that cilantro doesnt actually chelate mercury. chelating is loosening and attaching. cilantro just loosens it up back into circulation.
i dont think a person who eats animal protein has as much problem, but a vegan should definitely take the binders she suggested. mercury is also very toxic to the kidneys so good kidney support is also important during this time.
i chose to do it the way i did it for very good reasons. i was on a limited budget and i wanted to be able to tell others about simple things that work(actually i may have stolen that idea from the lord.) either way, it all works. the ultimate chelation is performed by the body with no help at all. its called fasting. thats the cheapest and most effective. most people are opposed to that. they find it uncomfortable at best and dont want to believe it works. it does.
