I want to share my miracle with you guys. I have been strugging with Acne for over a decade. In the last years it even spread to my body, especially the upper arms and my back.
Last month I probably looked the worst I have ever looked in my life. I was really shattered. So I decided to do something I never tried before. Now, 3 days later, my Acne is 99% clear. I am not kidding you. I can't believe it myself.
Every day i made myself a pint of natural water without gas, mixed it with 1 table spoon of organic Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/4-1/2 tea spoon of natural Sea Salt (without any additives). I then drank that.
Plus, twice daily, I used a homemade skin lotin just mixing rose water from the grocery store with Sea Salt and applied to the skin with a cotton ball.
Give it a try. It works great on me.
