Have you ever done a colonics? If you have it makes the whole thing easier to understand and do. On the other hand, enemas are much more private and comfortable. They are surprisingly easy to do. Don't worry if you can't hold the water for even 3 minutes at the beginning! You have to get the hang of it. Maybe start with 1 pint. That is easier to hold.
