Also, the most important part of parasite cleansing, to me, is to keep very regular in the bathroom functions...and to consume water, even if you don't really feel like it.

Just keep fresh water beside you, and sip all the time. I've taken to at least two cups of hot water first thing in the a.m. Some say to take it before getting out of bed...that it helps in bathroom functions.

If symptoms reappear, or don't completely vanish, it simply means to look forward to ones next round of Humaworm...in 90 days after finishing the last.
