And still have only done the two footbaths...I'm not quite sure why I am so slow...perhaps it is that other issues require priority. Plus that I seem to give long periods of time for my system to 'adjust' to new protocols, however small the change may be.

Sometimes I like to identify just exactly which changes make what differences.

You can be certain I will, at least, borrow Water & Salt from the library.


I am studying 'Leptin Resistance' right now. There is a little forum about this on CureZone. I am excited about the subject, and got a Leo Galland book, and The Rosedale Diet from the library, to compare.

I do understand what you mean about labouring through the 'science'. I go straight to the recommendations, myself, then struggle through the rest if I have questions.

Wish publishers, and authors, would put the 'meat' of the subject up front! You'd think they would know this already, if they had checked with their readers.
