Finally around 3:00 pm I had 2 explosive BM. I don't know if these are stones because they are soft but look like little jagged rocks and there were some red short spaghetti looking strands. The color of the BM is runny and mustard colored. I'm gals I got some results..I was just expecting them in the morning. I will eat light the rest of the day and drink my Master-Cleanse tea.
