applying to my lips.. it kills dead skin cells. Drinking apple cider vinegar is to affect your stomach PH, which can be beneficial but not what i'm trying to do regarding my lips. I've used this before on my lips it burns. A good exfolliant won't cure Exfoliative Cheilitis at all. Thats just one piece of the puzzle.
