Hi - I have begun using Muktavati since last 4 weeks and the results are amazing - I am sleeping well and bp down to 85/120. However when I consulted the 'naturopath' she advised me to to do simple 'yoga' exercises too - just 5-10 mins every morning.

If you are keen, I will send those details to you. She said that Mutka vati with those two simple yoga exercises will eliminate bp for ever - FYI in India currently, millions now use Mukta vati along with yoga to cure themselves of bp/hypertension and host of other ailments. Needless to say doctors and allopathi companies are up in arms against it and are calling it a sham!!
