yeah, I tried the mix with lemon juice and it was much...oilier. As much as I love lemons and despise grapefruit, I'm really surprised that the grapefruit/OO works so much better for me and is easier to get down.

It seems like every alteration I tried failed miserably except the few that I mentioned.

What the difference between a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and a ESF?

Three years? Are you flushing just periodically or frequently?
I sort of assumed that once I got all these out that I would do a 'maintenance flush' every 6 months or so. Are you having to do them more often or what?
