Well, you can do as you wish, but I certainly wouldn't put MMS up my nose.  First off I don't think there will be any added result as to getting past the blood/brain barrier.  But most important, what goes into your sinuses odor wise, will stay there for a very long time and may actually hurt all at the same time.  I do nasal irrigations and use Tea Tree Oil in my saline solutions and the aroma from that often remains for as long as eight hours.  That happens to be pleasant, but MMS?  No way for me.
