I am very happy to see you have researched Quinta_Essentia and appreciate your post. I am hopeful that others have researched for themselves as well.

It could be why some people feel they get good results and pain "relief" when taking calcium supplements...

I do agree though, that there is such a thing as overdoing it... humans have a way of carrying a good thing too far, and/or fail to understand the need for balancing nutrition in addition to the calcium.
