I am new to this list, so hi:-)

Regarding getting a substance past the blood brain barrier I have been told to put it into a nasal spray bottle (the measured dose pump spray type)and just spray it in each nostril. Drops won't work for some reason.

I have just started using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and have not tried this approach yet.

I do use a nasal spray that contains Turmeric root extract because there is a theory that it will help prevent Altzheimer's. The spray is called "Curecumin".

The way to a mans heart may be through his stomach, but apparently, the way to his brain is through his nose :-)
