I just wrote down a list.

Evening Primrose Oil - Regulates sebum production, reduces inflammation

Zinc- stops inflammation, prevents inflammation

Vitamin A/ Shea Butter- reduces keratin production/ reduces sebum production

Antibacterial/viral/fungal -protection

De-scaling Agent - Apple Cider Vinegar - to kill off dead skin cells, ultimately preventing me to be in a situation to pick at the skin.

I'll keep a lemon at my side :)

This is my master plan.. the keratin(growing skin) is protecting us from any cancerous cells forming. Using the vitamin A topically should regulate the growing of the skin(30 days) but its now more vunerable. So i added anti bacterial/viral/fungal to the list to protect my lips while using this.

Its quite complex. Using vitamin A without something to protect your sebum and you'll still have dry peeling lips. Using something that protects your sebum production(Evening Primrose Oil) while using the Vitamin A effect of regulating keratin production and you won't have Exfoliative Cheilitis.

I've called this my master plan because i can't envision it failing. Remember i wrote earlier i had bumps form on my lips every few months, this was basically Acne on the lips. An over production of sebum and keratin, which was a MAJOR clue in what was wrong. Currently i don't have any inflammation on the lips but because of the chronic inflammation in the past, my keratinocytes(what makes keratin) may have adapted to increasing the keratin to protect.

Right now my lips just have chronic growing skin no inflammation. This condition is similar to Acne. I don't know if i'm the only one that has experienced bumps on the lips but that was Acne on the lips. What i'm trying to do is regulate sebum production and normalize keratin production and i won't have this problem. It would be easier if there is another method to reduce keratin production rather than Vitamin A. An antibacterial/viral/fungal is vital in protecting during doing this. The vit A will take care of the chronic growing skin. The Evening Primrose oil and zinc will take care of sebum production and inflammation.

I'll start this when my lips are raw for easier absorption of Vit A. I'll mix some drops of Vitamin A with shea butter and apply to the lips. I'll use a high dose of Evening Primrose oil but a regular dose of Zinc. I'll apply anything i find anti bacterial/viral/fungal to the lips daily.

If there is any alternative to reduce keratin production can you post it in this thread.

I will keep everyone updated. I will start once i receive everything i put on my list.
