I like to use a homemade brown Sugar and olive oil before a shower. To make it mix a half cup brown Sugar with enough olive oil to make a paste. Strip off your clothes and (stand in the tub to prevent a mess) rub all over any areas that are dry then rinse off using warm not hot water. Alot of the oil will remain on the skin even after bathing, just rub it in. Do this a couple times a week and it should help. For your feet rub a coat of vasoline on them and put on cotton socks before bed.
