thanks alot for all the advice

i feel like i almost 100% and could eat any food, but i will stay on the diet for at least another 6 months. i'm used to it and i quite enjoy it now. one more 5 day green juice fast and i then i think that's me done, then i will just keep maintaining with my antifungals and acidophilus.

ps. i am a massive fan of colon hydrotherapy, i get so much gunk especially cos she taps my stomach and does massages, i will prob get another 6 session over next 6 months. already had 4, best way to clear out gunk and candida
