also read the urine therapy forum.
I have been on CZ for more than 3 years, mainly liverflushing, Oxypowder and improved lifestyle (eating etc).
Since December I added the UT and around Feb. the oil swishing. I love the "cost" of these protocols :) and of course the results.
Next week I have a dentist appointment and I am curious to find out if my gums improved.
