For the last several weeks I have been taking standard Black salve orally (w/ zinc chloride) morning and evening.

I take about a small pea sized amount stirred into about 3 to 4 oz. of water on an empty stomach and have done fine with it.

ps, on the rare occasion when it does slightly bother my stomach I just drink a bit more water and lay down for a bit.
