First, fantastic job with what you've already done.

If you go to this link you will find a video on urine therapy in which a man with AIDS (I know that you're not at that stage yet) went off all of his meds to drinking his own urine and is doing better than he did with meds.  He gained weight and his HIV markers all went down - from what meds were doing. http://www.amazon.com/URINE-GOOD-HEALTH-Eli-Kabillio/dp/B00004UCI0/ref=sr_1_1...
