I think that you had stone attack because you digestion system request a large quantity of bile that forced a large stone to move inside of your bile duct.

The fact that you take olive oil makes it worst because taking oil force your system to deliver more bile.

Yes, Epsom salt help to relaxing the bile duct that allows stones to displacement easier inside the bile duct but it seem that the quantity you used is not enough.
