okay,
yay-- I made it past the 36 hour mark. Unfortunately, I've got a conference to go to today so I can't salt flush til later on.

however-- I was around a lot of smoke last night, and woke up a couple times having to hock up phlegm (it was pretty gross. I was so tired I just hocked it up on the windowsill next to my bed so I could clean it up later.)

I think this is more a case of catching a cold rather than my body trying to void mucus.

so I want to head off the cold before it gains any strength.

I'm also on Humaworm.

so-- just wanted to check. Normally I just mix vitamin C into my water.
