Thanks for your reply. I am glad to hear that I my itchy skin is not unusual. I was freaking out a bit. I also appreciate the tip about blackstrap molasses. There have been several mornings (caffeine free) when a little extra boost would have come in handy...

BTW, great video in your profile. Years ago I did some white water rafting...These days I am lucky if I can get my family to take a slow canoe ride down the muddy Chattahoochee...
