no... I actually started off with 5 drops and hoped for the best, an hour later I took 10 drops, then an hour after that I took 15 drops. I have been fine, except for the diarrhea... lots of diarrhea

other than that I feel great... just wanted to see my breaking point. BTW I think I can handle this stuff ok because I drink h202 and water on a regular basis...
