Moreless,

Thank you yet again for taking the time to consider my situation - the assistance you provide here is invaluable to those who seek it.

I have cut out the ACV for trial periods in the past and noticed little difference, but as your suggestions certainly make sense, I will now cut it out until further notice and see how I do with lemon juice.

I also use probiotics but only sparingly - so I will now regularize the usage and see how my body responds.

Brand-wise, I have used NOW probiotics which I believe you've made mention of here on the boards, and use Nature's Way kelp as I believe this to be one of the only brands you have recommended by name.

A few final questions for you, sir:

I assume you are recommending the lime water may be to my immediate benefit?

Is a pinch of epsom salt with meals still suggested in my circumstance?

I plan to continue usage of the BSM, do you see any reason to curtail this?

I take the epsom salt/ baking soda/ H202 bath quite regularly (3-4x week)... any reason to alter this related to the bloating problem? And would the ACV bath not be recommended as I'm now cutting out internal use of the ACV?

And finally, theoretically, could the particular bloating problem I'm faced with possibly be caused by the body becoming "too" alkaline? Since we must have acids for the alkaline minerals to react against, could the lack of such acids lead to/intensify this bloated state?
