I made an appointment for next Wednesday and it is only $45 for an hour session! I didn't think it was too bad. as for the insomnia, I had it really bad in the beginning and I have gotten much better, I find I get up at 5am or so and I can't get back to sleep, but my baby wakes up around 6am, or 7am anyways, I hope you get a full nights rest soon it will make a difference in how you feel too I am sure, have you tried, Tylenol PM, I know your thinking if Ambien didn't work, but TP knocks me out and so do the NYQUIL liqid gel tabs. It won't hurt to try.
