Yes, I can relate somewhat. I too have had patches of off white mucus/fungal balls in my stool. It has been going on for about 6 months now on and off. I get most of them during phases of "die-off". They have started to dissipate nowadays. I haven't seen as many or of the size that they used to be. I also had a period where there was traces of blood in these "fungal" patches.
