I don't think my e-mail is listed. i2quilt@ispwest.com you can reach me there. I am looking , of course, for the simplest way to flush in all ways. colen flush, liver flush, kidney flush. my kidneys hurt. and I don't know which flush to do first. I just did my 2nd oil pull this morning. If you can help or lead me to flushes that would be good. I am 64 yrs old and need cleaned out. thanks. bricklayer.
