I had my teeth cleaned yesterday. Ive been using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 4 weeks. I'm going very slowly
I'm only at 2 drops once a day. When I take it I swish it in my mouth then swallow. I had my teeth cleaned yesterday and the hygienist said my teeth looked great to keep up my home dental program. I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in TWO years! She was surprised at how little plaque I had. Another benefit I've had, my husband noticed, is that I don't snore anymore! He is very happy about that and so am I.
