first see a good chiro and get yourself fixed up. also look into someone who does cranial sacral work, that might help quite a bit.

next do some bowel cleanses. really. I have known several people who has crippling migraines who found relief by taking big doses of laxatives. This would indicate that bowel problems can indeed cause headaches, even though it seems far fetched.
