Hi ross l,

I'm not currently using citric acid as an activator althouth did try it for about 1 or 2 weeks about a months ago. i came off t when i heard it was made from some sort of mold and may not be a good idea for those with candida as im suspecting it.

currently im on ACV but was using lemon juice before that.

i dont want to try distilled white vinegar because again that is something not supposed to be good for candida.

Currently i am just using water to drink it with.
