Im trying to get outdoors more and soak in some sunlight. i notice sometimes when im outside my vision looks really clear, its such a great feeling. this happened earlier when i went for a walk round the cemetery, also it happens sometimes when i come out of work and its dark outside (i work in an office environment)
it doesnt appear to be a distance thing because an object (say 50ft) away may look clear to me outside but always blurry inside

edit: just to make something 'clear' (geddit?) my eyesight now is probably the same as it was a year or so ago, however it improved when i started Iodine therapy and the supporting supplements. i came off Iodine thereapy several months ago as i needed a break from it and then Miracle-Mineral-Supplement came along, i cannot use high doses of Iodine with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

So my eyesight is worsening again either because i need more iodine, its something that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is doing (lets say for arguments sake MMS wasnt the miracle its said to be), or some sort of detox from the MMS. Along with the Iodine i was taking high doese of vit c and selenium, so for the last few days ive added those to the MMS protocol just incase it was those that had an effect on my eyesight.
