Massage your temples and drink lots of water. Don't watch TV, don't do anything with a screen. If you have a child or partner, tell them to do this:

1. Find where your thumb joins onto your hand on your RIGHT HAND.
2. Now, follow that join so that that place where you're looking is in line with both your thumb and index fingers.
3. Get person to rub that area really hard with their thumb.
