As for Spirulina:
From the Dadamo.com BT-Diet - Dr. D is especially against Spirulina. Although he is for Chlorella.
But, for what it is worth it all depends on what medical journals you read - there are diffent latin names for this organism depending on what decade and country you choose to read..the issues he has is for specific European literature as far as I've been able to trace.
Personally I prefer Spirulina over Chlorella, but tend to be real choosy over its source. Ideally i'd have the place and time to produce my own...
As for Agaricus (the common White Champignon {Agaricus bisporus}):
It is considered a Neutral for Tybe B's. Although it is a Cancer & Diabetes SuperBeneficial for Type B's..
Which means that at the start of the diet you should avoid it, but later on having it once in awhile is alright. More frequently is OK if worried about Cancer or Diabetes...
For Portobello & Crimini (these are Brown versions of Agaricus bisporus):
They are Neutrals as well, but only Superbeneficial for Diabetes.
Just remember that Agaricus is also the name of a species of a broad-spectrum of mushrooms that have yet to be tested for Blood-Type Diet.
