Hi 84008,
Thanks for your kind and supportive words. I must admit I kind of panicked on the day I had the severe-type muscle cramps in my legs. I think next fast, I will be more tolerant of detox symptoms and ride them out without seeking outside resources (aka supplements). I have all the ingredients for a "potassium broth" in my kitchen and look forward to preparing it/sipping it when I do finally break the fast...but I think I may endure this a while longer since so many others have done so in the spirit of their good health.
