I am in day 7 and I have ( since yesterday ) burping .Specially after I drink the water.I am having only water and only when I am tursty.
I am trying to drink in a very small portions and it is a bit better.

My opinion :

Have nothing but water- no tea, no lemon in the water, no supliments.

The stomach is not working like befor, it is resting and you are interupting its rest.And your stomach is protesting .

I have a feeling that my stomach is not happy even with the water any more.That's why the burps .
