you might have adrenal exhaustion like myself. I was too busy trying to fight candida and leaky gut repair that my adrenal fatique is HUGE issue besides my high heavy metals ((mercury))

with that being said I just ordered some Lugols and searched on the Iodine forum and they gave me some helpful tips:)
