I've read, somewhere here on CureZone, that one has to eat a LOT of pumpkin seeds to kill parasites...but, a couple of days ago, my 87 year-old mom told me that, circa 1930, folks believed that merely a handful, raw, would do.

An intuitive suggested, spontaneously, to eat 50 per day. That works out to one round soupspoon, full to the brim.

(Yeah, I counted.)

I don't remember any major effects over the few weeks I tried this...which is good, I think.

What else is going on? Have you altered your diet, much? Or, been through any stress? They say that any change, even for the better, can be stressful...like a wedding, or moving house, or getting a better job.
